General Information

Alcôve Hair is a 100% Canadian company. All our products are proudly made at our Montreal, Quebec plant.

For customer service inquiries you can email us at info@alcovehair.com. All questions will be answered as quickly as possible by our Customer Service (less than 1 business day).

Unfortunately, we do not have a sample program at this time. Work in progress!

Shipping & Delivery

We ship all across Canada and the United States.

Please note we cannot ship to PO boxes.

Extra shipping fees might apply for: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, Nunavut, Northwest Territories and Yukon.

Absolutely! We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 (before taxes and after discounts). Standard shipping is used for orders eligible for free shipping.
Exclusions: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, Nunavut, Northwest Territories and Yukon.

After your order has been shipped, we’ll send you the tracking details via email. You can track your package either through your Alcôve Hair account or directly on the carrier’s website

We work very hard to make sure all orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, it can then take anywhere between 1-6 business days before your order is deliver once it leaves our warehouse.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 (before taxes and after discounts). If your order is under that amount, you will be charged a $10 standard shipping fee at checkout.

Absolutely not! We worked very hard to make sure that American customers will not have to pay additional fees to receive their orders even if it comes from Canada!

Returns & Refunds

Your happiness is our top priority. If your purchase doesn’t leave you completely satisfied, don’t worry — we’ll make it right! To start a return, just reach out to one of our friendly customer service team members, and they’ll guide you through the process.

We offer a 30-day return window on all orders! (Sale items are excluded.) Just make sure the product hasn’t been used or opened, and we’ll help you with the return.

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.

We try to be as perfect as possible but in the case that we make an error on your order, we will assume 100% of the return shipping fees.

If you wish to return your order, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. We can provide a return shipping label at a competitive price that will be deducted from your refund. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to do so.
