Customer Service
For customer service inquiries you can email our team at info@alcovehair.com. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a response. Our customer service is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

We’re dedicated to providing high-quality, professional products at prices that won’t break the bank. And rest assured, our products are not tested on animals; humans work just fine!
Our office, warehouse and plant are all located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. We are proud to say that all our formulating and manufacturing is done on site. One small but big team!

Orders
Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 24–48 hours, and most leave our warehouse within just one business day. We process orders Monday through Friday, so anything placed after 1 PM EST on Friday will ship the following Monday. If we ever anticipate a longer delay, we’ll reach out to you by email to keep you informed.
Alcôve Hair accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, PayPal, SHOP and Google Pay. If you’re having any issues completing your payment, simply reach out to our customer service team — we’ll be happy to assist you.
We charge sales tax to Canadian provinces as required by law. US orders are not subject to any taxes.
We ask that you please inspect your item as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage from shipping, let us know right away. If you discover a manufacturing defect that isn’t related to transport, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Shipping
As soon as your order is ready for shipment, we’ll send you an email with your tracking details. You can follow your package’s progress directly on the carrier’s tracking page.
All Canadian orders are shipped with Canada Post and all US orders are shipped with FedEx.
If your order subtotal (after discounts, before tax) is $49.00 or more, you’ll enjoy FREE standard shipping! This offer applies to delivery addresses within Canada & the continental United States only.
Please note: Free shipping is not available for orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, Yukon, Nunavut and the Northwest Territories.
We charge a small shipping fee of $10 on all orders that are under $50. The shipping fee will be automatically applied at checkout after you enter your shipping addressl.
Returns
Your satisfaction means everything to us, and if your purchase isn’t exactly what you hoped for, we’re here to help! To start a return, simply contact our customer service team for a return authorization and detailed instructions.
We offer a 30-day return window on most products, with the following condition:
• Product must be in their original packaging and have not used.

US Orders - Shipments, tariffs and other fees
Absolutely not! We worked hard to find a solution with our carrier FedEx so that our customers wouldn't have to pay any extra fees for their order. The price you see on our site is the price you will pay, not a dollar more!
