RETURN POLICY

We want you to love our products like we love them. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to provide a return or exchange for any full-size product ordered at alcovehair.com within 30 days of purchase.

To initiate a return or exchange, please reach out to our customer service team at info@alcovehair.com, including your order number, the name of the item you'd like to return, and reason for the return.

Please note that we monitor returns and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that may misuse or abuse the policy.

SHIPPING RATES

We're pleased to offer free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more (after discounts and before taxes).
Exclusions: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO.

For orders under $50, standard shipping is available.

Please note that UPS do not deliver to PO Boxes.

SHIPPING TIMES

After an order is placed, we will process and ship the order in 2-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email notification with your tracking details.

We expect that you'll receive your order within 5-7 business days from the day the order was placed.
