For optimal results, use our deep repair hair mask once a week. This frequency allows for regular deep conditioning without over-saturating your hair.

It depends on your hair type. For thicker hair, leaving the mask on for the entire 10 minutes would be ideal. If you have fine hair, then no more than 5 minutes is recommended for best results.

Yes, Alcove’s Restructuring Mask is sulfate-free, making it ideal for those with sensitive scalps or who prefer gentle and natural hair care solutions.

Absolutely. While this product is an excellent leave-in treatment for damaged hair, it’s also a fantastic styling aid. It can be used to prep hair for blow-drying or styling, offering a manageable, detangled base and providing protection against heat damage.

If you have very thick and/or damaged hair, using both a conditioner and the mask would be best as it provides moisture and restructuring. However, if your hair is thin, using the mask after your conditioner can work. Leave it in for 10 minutes in that case.
