If you have very thick and/or damaged hair, using both a conditioner and our intense moisture hair mask would be best as it provides restructuring. However, if your hair is thin, using the mask after your conditioner can work. Leave it in for 10 minutes in that case.

If you have extremely dry or damaged hair, follow the deep treatment mask with a conditioner to seal in moisture. For most hair types, using the mask alone is sufficient to provide the necessary conditioning.
