1. Start with the Hydrating Shampoo on wet hair. Gently massage into your scalp and roots to cleanse, then rinse thoroughly.

2. Take a small portion of Deep Conditioning Hair Mask in your hands.

3. Distribute evenly from the mid-lengths to the ends. Detangle and massage gently with a comb, brush, or your fingers.

4. Leave on for 5-10 minutes and rinse.

If you have very thick and/or damaged hair, using both a conditioner and our intense moisture hair mask would be best as it provides restructuring. However, if your hair is thin, using the mask after your conditioner can work. Leave it in for 10 minutes in that case.
