Daily Conditioner

I ordered this Alcove DAILY CONDITIONER along with their hydrating shampoo and found the combo was very nice for my hair. It left it feeling soft, silky and super clean. I like the scent too and it isn't overly strong or heavy. The white one in the photo is the conditioner ... it wasn't an issue to rinse out nor was the shampoo. I especially liked the cap/dispenser which allowed me to get out just what I needed. As I mentioned in the shampoo review, I haven't seen this type of cap for shampoos and conditioners. The packaging is simple and appealing too. I will enjoy using this product.

I received “DAILY CONDITIONER 300ML/10OZ“ by Alcôve. The product comes in an opaque plastic bottle with a nozzle tip. The nozzle is easy to open; you just have to turn it. the product is very thick and has very little scent, which I prefer. Even though the conditioner is thick, it dispenses easily through the nozzle. The conditioner leaves my hair feeling very soft. This conditioner contains cetyl alcohol and stearyl alcohol, both of which I consider to be acceptable ingredients for hair products. The conditioner also contains a silicone, dimethicone.

This conditioner is a good moisturizing conditioner. My hair felt nice and clean and no longer oily. The scent is rather flowery and is a little stronger than I generally like, but not unpleasant. This combined with the shampoo made my hair feel great and I had less frizz than usual. Overall, I like this conditioner and I really like how my hair feels and smells after using it.

Edit #2: I think I just found my favorite conditioner for life. My hair just feels so soft and wonderful after using it, every time. I think I'm going to have to just bite the bullet and start purchasing this even though it's outside my budget.Edit: Been using it for a few hair washes now & my hair is feeling so much silkier and I still can’t get over the luscious scent. I feel so fancy and pampered each time I get out of the shower smelling this scent on my hair. Getting sad that the bottle is so small because it’s not in my price range to repurchase. Will definitely love every last drop of it.Original review: The consistency of this feels really nice and it smells high-end, like a salon - like clean white florals and an afterscent of hairspray. I found myself using more than I had wanted to (I guess with expensive conditioners you still need to use the same amount as drugstore ones?). I noticed in the back of the bottle they say this has pomegranate oil in it. I love & appreciate that as I know pomegranates are expensive yet are supposed to have great health benefits. Also uses sunflower oil which isn’t cheap either.Initially I was disappointed after using this. My hair didn’t feel any sleeker than with my drugstore conditioners. But the next morning, my hair actually did feel like it was sleeker/smoother so I think it did do a good job in the end & I was pleasantly surprised. So if the price per ounce doesn’t bother you & you like the ingredients, I can recommend this.

I absolutely love this conditioner! I have shoulder length, colour treated hair and only need about the size of a nickel combed through after shampoo. Keeps my hair soft and shiny without heaviness. The low price is a bonus.
